THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF INVESTMENT AND FINANCING – BEHAVIOURAL BASIS APPROACH (A LITERATURE CENTRIC STUDY)

Abstract
The financing and investment patterns of all the time in any country are directly dependent on ‘behaviors of financiers and investors. Generally, the behavioral aspects are not exactly same even if compare two persons belong to same group or locality. The behavioral frequencies fluctuate continuously influencing by the both endogenous and exogenous factors unanimously. The current study has strived towards drafting and measuring the attributes of financiers and investors in investment universe through past literature from human behavioral context. The final conclusions revealed that the attributes like prediction capacities, group following nature, dependability on agents & brokers, insufficient information, irrelevant matching, personal traits of individuals and management (CEOs & CFOs), cultures, beliefs, biases and moral ambiguity are the influencing factors of an investment and financing character.
