DETECTING CYBER BULLYING ON TWITTER USING MACHINE LEARNING TECHNIQUES

Abstract
There is a rise in the use of technology in recent years. This technical evolution has given rise to a serious issue of cyber bullying. Cyber bullying can simply be defined as misusing technological advancements to bully/illtreat a person. Social networking sites in particular Twitter is becoming a platform for this type of bullying. The main purpose is to find an optimal algorithm to detect cyber bullying using Support Vector Machine (SVM) and convolutional neural network (CNN) .CNN yields more precise output than SVM.
