INCREASING CURRENT OUTPUT FOR ELECTROCHEMICAL CLEANING OF WASTES USING GLAUCONITES AND PIGMENT FROM RECEIVED SEDIMENT

Abstract
Increasing the current efficiency of electrochemical plants for purifying chromate-containing wastewater is a long-standing problem, the method is compact, but the current efficiency of chromium is very low. The aim of this study is to increase the current efficiency of chromium during the electrochemical treatment of chromate-containing wastewater using glauconite and to obtain pigment from the precipitate in the process. The authors showed the possibility of increasing the current efficiency of chromium by preliminary purification with glauconite and obtaining a chromium pigment
