BLENDED LEARNING LEARNING MODEL TO IMPROVE CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS

Abstract
Blended learning-based learning models to improve critical thinking. Mastery of technology, the Maya world, big data, and others in part. This era is a challenge for humans of the current generation. This is because the problems in the Industrial Revolution era are more complex and humans must be able to survive and overcome the problems that exist in the current era. Various ways can be done to help people in the face of the Industrial Revolution era, one of which is to instill early on, the skills and abilities needed to face the Industrial Revolution era. There are various kinds of skills needed by students today. Critical thinking skills is one of the skills that are needed by students. This is because critical thinking skills involve various aspects and through a systematic thought process. Of course in instilling critical thinking skills in students, education and learning models that are effective and efficient will develop students' critical thinking abilities optimally. One method that suits the current era is blended learning. Blended learning is a learning method that combines traditional methods (previous methods) with modern methods (new technology or methods). The implementation of this method was carried out with several cycles and meetings. Examples of methods given in developing critical thinking such as combining methods of problem-solving with video or blogging. Thus, students will learn different and new things to analyze and learn. This will spur students to think critically. Thus, students will have critical thinking skills that develop optimally.
