ROLE OF PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT AND ITS IMPACT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES IN WOMEN EDUCATION IN THE UNIVERSITIES

Abstract
A lot of study has been done on motivation but very few works have already been done in context of the Perceived Organisational Support on women performance outcomes in the University education. The aim of the study is process of Organisational Behaviour. As we elaborate Robert Eisenberger Perceived Organisational Support (1986) theory in performance outcomes of Women Teacher in the University.
This study concentrates on the Perceived Organisational Support (POS) and employee performance outcomes of women faculty in the Jamia Hamdard and University of Delhi There is positive correlation between Perceived Organisational Support and Employee performance outcome at workplace.
Women faculty members of professional degree courses viz. BBA and MBA have more performance outcomes in comparison to other branch. It is also found that higher side of age have more performance outcomes. In regression techniques gives result that perceived Organisational Support area have significant impact on performance outcomes. The implications may be used as future research of the findings.
