Rights of Business Entities Due to the Pandemic (Covid19): Administrative-Legal Support

Abstract
The spread of Covid-19 coronavirus poses new challenges to states. This situation did not go
unnoticed in Ukraine, which forced state and local authorities to make decisions that significantly affected the
rights of economic entities. Thus, it is important to analyze the rights of businesses in the context of Covid-19 and
their administrative-legal support. The purpose of the work is to analyze the administrative and legal support of
the rights of economic entities in the conditions of Covid-19. The object of the study is the administrative and
legal support of the rights of economic entities in the conditions of Covid-19. The subject of the study is the social
relations that arise in the administrative and legal support of the rights of economic entities in the conditions of
Covid-19. The research methodology consists of methods dialectical method, historical method, system method,
modeling and abstraction methods, as well as induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, and comparative-legal
methods. As a result of the study, the administrative and legal support of the rights of business entities under
Covid-19 and problematic aspects of the implementation of the rights of entrepreneurs in quarantine were
analyzed, as well as the errors of such support and prospects for its improvement.
