COMPLETING LAW ON SOCIALIZATION OF THE FIRE PREVENTION AND FIGHTING ACTIVITIES IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract
Vietnam is in the renovation period, the economy is growing, urban areas and industrial zones are expanding that intensify the risk of fire and explosion.
Fire prevention and fighting is a complicated issue, requiring active and self-conscious participation of all classes of people. Therefore, perfecting the law
on socialization of fire prevention and fighting and developing public services in these issues is an urgent requirement to make an important
contribution to reducing the number of fire cases and damage caused by fire, protecting political security, social order and safety and the peace of the
people. Completing the law on socialization of fire prevention and fighting is the stipulation of the entire society's participation in ensuring fire
prevention and fighting safety. In other words, the law on privatizing fire prevention and fighting activities is to turn fire prevention guidelines and
policies into obligations, responsibilities and interests of all classes of people. In this article, the author examines theoretical issues about privatizing fire
prevention and fighting; current status of the law on socialization of fire prevention and fighting and propose some solutions to improve the legal system
and promote socialization of fire prevention and fighting in Vietnam today.
