THE IMPACT OF CHANGING NATURE OF EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT ON THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Purpose-The business environment is continuously changing, and so is the role of human resource
in managing the complexities at the workplace. The main purpose of the current research paper is to analyze the
positive and negative impact on the human resource of an organization due to the changes in the political, legal,
technological and economic factors in the external environment of the India.
Research methodology-The use of a qualitative research method enhances the area of knowledge on the research
topic and provides in-depth resources analysis. The current research will use the data and findings of the previous
authors for the year 2010-2020.
Findings-This research indicates how the changing technological environment, geopolitics, labour migration,
privatization, globalization, changing social needs and diversity at workplace affect the employees working in a
business.The research paper analyses the changing role of business manager in managing the multiple activities of
human resource motivation and training so that changes are adapted in an effective manner to ensure increased
competition. Human resource is an essential organizational resource that needs to adapt to the changes so that
effectiveness can be improved.
Conclusion-The success and organizational efficiency depend on the knowledge, ability and skill of human
resource that needs to be amended and updated with the changing business environment so that there is no
loophole in achieving business success. The research paper concludes the Positive impact on the organizational
growth due to improvement of skill of the Human resource talent.
