Abstract
Regular strength exercises lead to muscular hypertrophy in its cross section and improve
anaerobic conditions for energy generation, as well as mastery of technique has to do with the nervous side, and
that depends on the number of muscle fibers that the nervous system alerts at one time to participate in the work
and this depends on the athlete's ability to self-mobilize the devices The related functional strength is related to
many vital areas of the human being such as strength, health, intelligence, achievement ... etc. Muscular strength
works to develop the muscle tone of the body and protect the athlete from injuries and pains and gives the body
a good strength, as it has a psychological impact as it gives the individual a degree of self-confidence and
emotional balance Courage and bravery develop. Success in developing strength training requires the necessity
to follow the basic principles and identify the tools and devices needed for training and coordination between
the types of strength training according to the nature and quality of muscle contractions, and there are different
types of tools and devices for developing strength, so you must define and choose the type of exercise according
to the tools and devices available and according to the desired goal.
