KEY FACTORS AFFECT TO SATISFACTION OF SOCIAL NETWORK SERVICE IN DEVELOPING COUNTRY: CASE OF VIETNAM

Abstract
Social network is not only “a usual tool” for social life but also the competitive advantages that support the global business to get all useful information from the market, to understand what the market need is, how to make a successful business in the global market. The study aimed to find the key factors that affect customer satisfaction for using social network service in developing countries, e.g., Vietnam. The mix-method research was adopted to archive the research objective through a focus group interview and survey by questionnaire. The research result pointed out the System Availability, Meeting New People, Information Seeking, Entertainment had the positive impact on customer satisfaction when they use the SNS. Some managerial implications were proposed in this present research.
