DR. MOHAMMED JAVED KALBURGI, KAVITA C. ACHCHALLI, MOHAMMED FARZANA BEGUM.

Abstract
The study was undertaken to evaluate the postgraduate students‟ psychology towards E-learning in selected parts of Karnataka and Andhra. Learning and teaching whether it be through specific classroom settings or through technical applications consciously or unknowingly incorporates several psychological concepts. Teachers need to know about the psychology of the students in terms of their skills, interest, behavior, desires, developmental stages, and previous learning experiences. Using the potential of young people as agents of change requires involvement and empowerment of them in development and support of their participation at all levels of learning. To assess the students‟ psychology in relation toE-learning, a survey has been conducted on 220 postgraduates in selected parts of Karnataka and Andhra and involves the use of convenience sampling technique for data collection. This study includes both primary and secondary data.

Key words: Psychology, Empowerment, E-learning, Potential.
