TORQUE AND FLUX RIPPLES MINIMIZATION IN DTC BASED IM DRIVE USING ANFIS CONTROLLER

Abstract
This paper presents a vector control DTC is applied to an asynchronous motor using Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) controller. The DTC is simple and well advanced control method has many advantages over the other control methods. But, in this method has common disadvantages of high torque and flux ripples. To encounter this problem a special proposed methodology based on ANFIS. In this proposed controller is to reduce the torque, current and stator flux ripples and to give better performance is verified by using the MATLAB/SIMULINK tool. The results are determined and compared to intelligent techniques.

Key words: Direct Torque Control (DTC), Field Oriented Control (FOC), Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC), Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS).
