ACHIEVING TARGET SCHEDULE TIME FASTER THROUGH AGILE SIMULATION MODEL

Abstract
Project completion on time is really a big challenge in current competitive market. Completion of tasks within contractual time, meeting milestones and quality within defined budget, efforts are dependent upon schedule and interdependencies tasks. Meeting schedule is very crucial in any of the project in current scenario. There are factors like, incorrect estimation, ambiguous requirement, improper analysis, incorrect understanding of dependencies are the major areas for missing the milestones and schedule. In order to avoid above key milestones, different schedule techniques are introduced to meet project objective effectively. This research paper focuses more on comparison and suggestion of better approach for project schedule using SDLC (Software development Life Cycle) and Agile model in real and probabilistic way.
