Abstract
In this article, we study a Non markovian Queuing model of two phases of administration in which the main stage is necessary and second the stage is discretionary. Customers enter the framework individually follows a Poisson dissemination. Administration time follows general appropriation as it is a non markovian lining line system. Framework may separate indiscriminately because of different reasons. Here we expect that the administration gets separate during the second phase of administration. Immediately server gets into the fix procedure. Because of fix, server can't move further during the time spent giving the second phase of discretionary help. It prompts the length of the line and the holding up time of the clients to get expanded. To maintain a strategic distance from disarray in the framework, during the hour of fix, all the showing up clients are not permitted to join the framework for administration. An idea of confined tolerability in customerís appearance is presented during the hour of referral process. Separate appearance follows an exponential conveyance. This Queuing issue is arranged well in detail by fortifying variable procedure and the line execution measures are construed. The model is especially guarded by numerical examination and graphical delineation.

Key words: Deferral process, confined tolerability, Execution measures, fixation procedure
