OPTIMIZING THE PRODUCTS COMBINATION BY USING DATA MINING MARKET BASKET ANALYSIS APPROACH

Abstract
Business environment changing every time, there are macroenvironment and microenvironment that can be influence the business condition, so the business owners must adapt with the changing in the environment. Other consideration that business owner need to notice is the data. Nowadays, data not only used by the large business but also used for small business to support their business performance. The aim of this study is to determine how the small business can optimize their sales data to know the product combination that they sold in their online store by using data mining market basket analysis. The result of the study showed that although there are changing in the market, consumer prefer to pick the savory snacks combine with the sweet snacks.
