INCIDENT MANAGEMENT FOR IT SERVICES

Abstract
Businesses and network systems face challenges of disruption often. In IT, whenever there is a disruption in the normal operations, it is referred to as an incident. The life cycle of an event begins with the occurrence of an incident. Later some processes enhance resolving of the conflict. The research paper examines the process of management of incidents throughout its life cycle. It also examines the post-evaluation process after the resolution of events. The diagrams are illustrations of the management process, and the tables describe the keywords, it also defines key terms in the management process.
