Abstract
The Article focuses the introduction of Artificial Intelligence and its impact on Human Resource Management activities. It emphasizes on the introduction of Artificial Intelligence in Rewards and Recognition programmes of the organization. It focuses on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Human Resource
Management Activities. It includes the challenges faced and the problems that are encountered in applying Artificial Intelligence in Rewards and Recognition programmes of the organization. It also focuses on the ways and the impact that Artificial Intelligence will have when they are introduced and implemented in the Human Resource Management activities.
